Kade had and EXCELLENT night!!
He slept from 8pm-4am, was up for about an hour, and then back to sleep until about 6:30 when surgery came in to look at him. We played for a while and he is sleeping again. Amazing what a little food in the belly can do for a guy! His feeds were increased up to 60 ml/hour which is about 2 ounces throughout the night. He has kept it down so far!

If Kade slept then maybe Mommy & Daddy slept too??? I am so glad to hear that Kade is improving. Set backs are expected but it seems like he is taking 2 or 3 steps forward for every step backwards so he is on the right track.

Very glad to hear everyone had a chance to rest. Mr. Kade you are doing so well and I know your parents are so glad to see your smile. It's probably a blessing to have the feeding tube in so Kade doesn't get stressed out everytime the nurses walk in the room. Everything seems to moving in the right direction....Keep it up! Yay Kade! Hang in there with the feeding tube--we know it is annoying but it can be a blessing in many ways too. Keep on resting and letting mommy and daddy rest too.
